Community Care Links Services is a small family run service which was founded by Trish who wanted a service that provided that personal touch to people that needed the support. Trish comes with many years experience working in the community field and understands the importance of finding the right supports in order to meet individual needs. This is the ethos of what Community Care Links Services stands for, we are dedicated to empowering individuals living with a disability and complex needs to live life to the fullest. We tailor our services specifically to your goals and requirements so that we help you to get the most out of life.
